== Arrest and felony charge ==

Combs was arrested on May 8, 2026 and booked into the Henderson County Jail, where she was held overnight. She described the experience to FOX 4:

Noles's federal complaint argues that the arresting officers articulated a ''"subjective-offense standard the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected since Cohen v.
