Hey, I'm new to the wiki and am considering adding a section to this page about how Reddit is now forcing users to log in on the mobile app, but it seems to be inconsistent among users that have posted online. I wonder if it requires a login after a period of time after being installed, since people have been posting about it for years but it only happened to me this year.

Additionally in the past few days the Reddit site in a browser has been nagging 'some' people to download the app, though I couldn't recreate this myself. [[User:Dinkle41|Dinkle41]] ([[User talk:Dinkle41|talk]]) 15:06, 4 May 2026 (UTC)
