===Introducing Ads and Bloatware to its lower end phones===

The introduction of Essential Search does not permit the users to perform local searches on the device without forcing them to [[:File:Essential Search Terms of Service.png|Terms and Conditions]] and a [[:File:Essential Search Privacy Policy.png|Privacy policy]].

Following this update the company also refuses to provide with a simple alternative for the user to downgrade the device to a previous working state, without the user paying for the repair even under warranty.
