Talk:ZEN.COM blocking access for users with custom OS

While I'm admittedly unfamiliar with this company, it doesn't appear that ZEN.COM held a firm stance either way regarding custom operating systems prior to the change. It's not unusual — perhaps even understandable — for a business to restrict usage in this manner. The article being significantly under-developed doesn't help its case, either.
