			More UX guidlines issue, than bug, but if category includes exactly 1 article, it will save user few seconds of life if that category click redirects to that article. In example, Uber Technologies have 1 article called Uber, and for regular user who is not a contributor it is annoying to click on it after opening category. The skin is MinervaNeue. When I switch to it, some tabs such as the "Report a bug" and "Moderators' noticeboard" are not present in the sidebar (which is toggleable on that theme).
