			Enacted on August 18, 2010 and then published on August 26, 2010 the Net Neutrality Law is known as the very first law on the world to promote the net neutrality principle.

			The law is built on four main principles that telecommunications dealers and entities or people who offer services of connectivity and communication between users, consisting on the following:
			*1. They cannot arbitrarily block, interfere, discriminate, hinder, nor restrict the right of any Internet user to use, send, receive or offer any legal content through Internet, including any legal activity or usage done trough the network.
			*2. They cannot limit the rights from a user to incorporate any kind of instruments or devices on the network, as always they're legal and are not damaging the network quality or service.
			*3. They must offer, at the cost of users who request it, to offer parental control services for content that is against the law, practices or morals, always notifying the user in advance with also precisely informing the capacities of these services.
			*4.They must publish on their website all relative information related to the offered Internet access, its speed, network quality (highlighting national and international connection differences), and the nature and warranties of the service.
