Unless there are significant other practices they&amp;#039;ve been involved in, I&amp;#039;m not sure that a mediocre/poor customer support system in itself is sufficient justification for an article (it could certainly be mentioned in the case that a more significant consumer rights issue had taken place, as something that contributed to problems, but I don&amp;#039;t see anything yet in this page that would meet the significance threshold for the Wiki).
