	:I will note, however, that this update is the SECOND time the EULA was introduced with the outlined issues. The original was posted around July of this year. There is also quite a bit of discourse regarding the recent changes which could be cited as company responses that can be found here https://steamcommunity.com/app/3527290/discussions/0/769678769228215261/ Notably, they have decided to accept an email opt out for forced arbitration.		:I will note, however, that this update is the SECOND time the EULA was introduced with the outlined issues.
