He is a veteran professional in dealing with all sorts of mediawiki issues in a professional, production environment, who works on a paid, hourly contract basis. Since this wiki has no source of income, I would like to limit utilization of paid outside contractors until(or if even) this ever finds a way to become a self sustaining entity.
