A batch of batteries produced from January 3, 2024, to September 17, 2024 where suspected to be faulty prompting Anker to recall  3 models of battery bank. <ref name=":1" />
The effected models where:
* Anker 334 MagGo Battery (PowerCore 10K), Model: A1642.
* Anker Power Bank (20,000mAh, 22.5W, Built-In USB-C Cable), Model: A1647.
* Anker MagGo Power Bank (10,000mAh, 7.5W, Stand), Model: A1652.
