:I might've been a little hasty with the tone warning, sorry. It was mainly the section of Walmart's response that stood out to me as unfair since it more or less reiterates Walmart's bad practice instead of fairly representing their side of the argument. Also, I'm not quite sure if one particular sales rep's response is a fair assessment of the company...? Unsure about that, so grain of salt.

::No worries regarding the tone warning. Though I wouldn’t say it was the  word of a single sales associate, as the quote mentions they contacted the after-sales division of Walmart before making a response, and as a direct quote I think the wiki should display it at face value. Not everyone is going to have the tone of a Harvard professor unfortunately, but it is important to document what others familiar in the streaming device space have to say about it.
