The person you're referring to from Discord is a moderator. They're not American either, so I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the other user, but when you ask questions about your own account in 3rd person, it confuses people and makes it hard to help. Regardless, as far as I know, there is no way to delete a mediawiki account. You can read about it here on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Delete_account.
