It has been a year since a smart meter stopped sending readings, no amount of calls, or contact via text chat on the octopus website seems to make any difference, nothing seems to be done. Without a working smart meter you cannot sign up for an export tariff of any kind. Everything is in place with the DNO (Delivery Network Operator) NGED 5636013 and the power exported is going to octopus without being paid for.
