Game will not work with access to serves, which were shut down, even though I didn't use online services for the game and played solo, they still said it needed server access to work but all servers were shut down and no way I could play the game at all.

I was appalled that a game I purchased can be shut down at the whim of the publisher. I wasn't the only one either.  I still have the game in its case with the booklet and the key printed on the back of the booklet. I told them it'd be a cold day in hell when I'd buy another EA game.
