Nintendo's email system has always had problems in the past. With this new change, children's accounts are being told to make their parent accept the new policy. While this is a good idea, the emails are not going through or accounts with no email or parents are still being asked to send an email to nowhere, making these accounts inaccessible and game data locked until a fix is issued.
