For now I do not see the need to create country legislation articles, as there are not enough articles to back those up yet. I was quite strict on the creation of the country pages, as they invited a lot of content unrelated to the wiki, so that is why articles on consumer protection agencies and initiatives are much more preferred than generic country articles. But I do get the point of collecting legislation regions are subject to, that is also why I started on creating region categories for legislation.
