::The deletion process is essentially:
::- Someone calls out and marks an article either as irrelevant or for deletion
::- In the case of obvious spam, this is actioned rapidly
::- in the case where discussion is needed (such as here), a reasonable amount of time is taken to allow for response by anyone who wishes for advocate for the article to be kept, and relevant discussions are held
::- if there is no discussion, or if the discussion leads to a consensus view that deletion is appropriate, then the deletion will be actioned. If people come to a decision that the article should be fixed/kept, then it will remain.
::This process has not been formalised and I should probably update the mod guidelines with it [[User:Keith|Keith]] ([[User talk:Keith|talk]]) 16:39, 21 June 2025 (UTC)

Merge with existing article[edit source]

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act article already exists. I think we should merge this one into it. JP (talk) 19:44, 10 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps it would be better to remove this article? The tone doesn't really fit with the wiki, and I'm getting some LLM vibes from the content. @Keith do we have a process for deletion? Maybe @HouseStationLive.com (the author of the article) can talk about how the article was drafted and what they think about the proposal. JP (talk) 16:21, 21 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
The deletion process is essentially:
- Someone calls out and marks an article either as irrelevant or for deletion
- In the case of obvious spam, this is actioned rapidly
- in the case where discussion is needed (such as here), a reasonable amount of time is taken to allow for response by anyone who wishes for advocate for the article to be kept, and relevant discussions are held
- if there is no discussion, or if the discussion leads to a consensus view that deletion is appropriate, then the deletion will be actioned. If people come to a decision that the article should be fixed/kept, then it will remain.
This process has not been formalised and I should probably update the mod guidelines with it Keith (talk) 16:39, 21 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
