the EU's OSA is obviously a very large and multifaceted thing, but the main question we need to answer is how much of that is relevant to consumers, and consumer rights, and how much is a broader civil rights issue... i.e. where does it make sense to draw the line for which elements of it are relevant to the wiki's mission.

:The article as it is currently — and I say this ''loosely'' — "written" is opaque at best and unusable at worst. I would prefer it to be deleted entirely due to its origins and someone could eventually rework it from scratch.
