[[Proton Mail]] is a stub as-is while [[Proton]] is incomplete, and the service is one of many of Proton's offerings. I think the content here should be included as a subheading of [[Proton]] which would kill two birds with one stone. Another benefit is that if there are any other product-specific incidents with Proton's offerings in the future, there won't be any need to create a new stub article, it can simply all be included in one place under [[Proton]].
