Changed "methamphetamine" to "Carcinogenic Food Coloring". Pepsi didn't contain meth the drug. It contains a possibly carcinogenic caramel coloring. I don't even know if this should really be in scope for the wiki.

On ---, Federal Trade Commision filed a lawsuit against Pepsico and Walmart for allegedly doing a price fixing scheme that allowed Walmart to sell Pepsi products at lower prices than its competitors. [4][5]

On April 21, 2006, the People of the State of California filed a lawsuit against Pepsico over violating the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. Mexico Pepsi and West Jefferson Mountain Dew failed to warn Californian consumers of their products containing lead and cadmium. [6]
