Voice over LTE: Difference between revisions

Punctuations, grammatical issues such as "starting advising", double verbs. Lack of commas makes some statements too long, added them to separate ideas in sentences better. Changed anything that had "be able to" to reduce excessive word usage and to add more confident language to some statements. Shortened sentences here and there.
