:I might've been a little hasty with the tone warning, sorry. It was mainly the section of Walmart's response that stood out to me as unfair since it more or less reiterates Walmart's bad practice instead of fairly representing their side of the argument. Also, I'm not quite sure if one particular sales rep's response is a fair assessment of the company...? Unsure about that, so grain of salt.
