Minecraft used non-existent ToS to take down user mods. It was about violating rule, that did not exist in public ToS and it refered to document, that was only accesible throught wishelblowers as document was under NDA as internal rules. Which they hypocriticaly violated themself by partnering with Nerf toy company that promotes weapons. |
