m Inaccessibility to humans: Changed subtitle to "Inaccessibility to all humans" to be more clear that it is talking about people with disabilities. Appended a sentence discussing how technologies like CAPTCHA are important but that CAPTCHA itself is not very good (which is elaborated upon later)
