An arbitration clause has been present in the ToS since 2017 as evident by [https://web.archive.org/web/20170521173532/https://discordapp.com/terms#:~:text=ARBITRATION this archive],  therefor that section is inaccurate and should probably be removed and/or edited to reflect that. The "direct link" to assist with account deletion seems like a security risk for the reader.  The link is to a cryptic domain ( dis.gd ), not the primary one for this company.  Anybody could edit that URL on the wiki, substituting one that lead to a malicious website.  I think the link should be removed unless somebody knows how to make the link secure.

:https://dis.gd is discords official short link, you can see that they use it all over their product and marketing materials.
