Brands, being finalized on may 8, 2002, acquiring A&W and Long John Silver's chains. On January 2011, Yum announced plans to remove Long John Silver's and A&W brands to better focus on KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell, selling on September to A Great American Brand and LJS Partners LLC.
