On May 6, Nintendo changed their Privacy and Policy. The changes are added for the new GameChat feature. In the process of changing the policy, any user cannot touch/access their data unless they accept. Another issue is that for certain account, you cannot accept the new Privacy and Policy making the account inaccessible.

User's account inaccessible

Nintendo's email system has always had problems in the past. With this new change, children's account are being told to make their parent accept the new policy. While this a good idea, the emails are not going through or accounts with no email or parents are still being asked to send an email to nowhere, Making these accounts inaccessible and game data locked until a fix is issued.
