Replacement part disorganization and anti-consumerism:
This was documented by Andy at Salem Techsperts, where razer refused to sell a battery, claiming the laptop was a "Legacy model" (While not being listed as such on their website), and saying to contact a repair shop, they then offered to sell a battery after a comment from the Salem Techsperts youtube channel got over 5000 likes citing the problem on a video criticising razer, a few updates have come since then, whereas now razer claimed to not have bettery, then later claimed to actually have the battery, prompting backlash from the community.
