Unfair comparison to malware, CRW Editorial Guidelines

To me it seems the "Categories of Information Collected" section in this page breaks CRW Editorial Guidelines. The bullet list is fine, but the table and following paragraph in this section unfairly compare an unspecified (every?) Take Two game and/or service to malware. This section also comes to its own conclusion about the software and company rather than presenting only the facts. A reader finding this page and learning about Take Two for the first time might believe their computer has been infected. Much of the data reported to be collected is strictly necessary to do business and completely innocent, like securely processing credit card information so you can actually purchase and play a game. In addition this section may also invite a libel suit from Take Two against CRW for intentionally misrepresenting what they do. I don't represent anyone connected to them and I'm not defending the data collection but this section (or at least the table and literally claiming they spread malware) needs to be removed. Thoughts? toastom 21:02, 15 February 2026 (UTC)

EDIT: After some consideration and reading the CRW guidelines as well as the Wikipedia edit guidelines, I decided to BE BOLD and remove it myself. Apologies to the original author of that section, but I don't believe claims of a company spreading malware should be here unless it is officially documented by an outside source. Just trying to make sure this site stays alive. toastom 22:28, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
