Tie To Relevance

While I quite like this article and definitely see how it can tie into Privacy concerns, which are entirely relevant to the C.R.W., I worry that it will sort of stand out without any accompanying articles documenting instances of this technique being used. Not a terrible thing; it could be linked to other things later, but it'd be nice if some articles were prioritized which directly tied this topic to the relevance of the C.R.W. using documented incidents.
