Forced Arbitration

Section 19 of the Coffee Meets Bagel Terms of Use states that the user, by accepting the ToS, waives their right to litigation.

The forced arbitration clause was added in March 2024. Shortly after changing how their premium subscription worked in December 2023 and denying refund requests to users who were past the 30-day refund period.
