Logo background color

Is it intentional for the background of the logo field to be gray even when a file has been uploaded to the indicated file page name? Shouldn't it be neutral instead (especially for .png files with transparency)? -- Sojourna (talk) 04:59, 5 February 2025 (UTC)

Hey @Sojourna, yes it is intentional. This is meant as solution to avoid dark colour logos with transparent backgrounds being hard to read in dark mode (see Activision Blizzard for example). Maybe we should make it appear on dark mode only though. Kostas (talk) 09:23, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
