Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy does not appear to be correct, at least according to their TOS (here: https://www.gamestop.com/TermsConditions.html ). Would anyone happen to have any additional sources/info on the claimed inability to cancel except through phone call? -ArborisArch|ArborisArch
