Subscription cancellation (2024)
In November 2024, a New York judge found SiriusXM liable for the “long and burdensome” process of cancelling a SiriusXM subscription, which violated the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act.[4] The lawsuit was filed in December 2023 and it was reported it took 11 minutes to cancel over phone and 30 minutes to do so online.[5]
