Humble Bundle
Humble Bundle, Inc. is a digital storefront for video games, initially offering "Humble Bundles", collections of games sold at a price determined by the purchaser and with a portion of said price going towards charity. Humble Bundle continues to offer these limited-time bundles, but have expanded to include a greater and more persistent storefront.

Incidents
Alteration of terms of service (2024)

In December 2024, Humble Bundle updated its terms of service, establishing a 3 year expiration date for all unclaimed game keys. They proceeded to retroactively apply this policy to past purchases, removing non-redeemed keys bought 3 or more years prior from accounts. No form or reimbursement has been discussed at the time or writing.
Forced arbitration in privacy policy

The Humble Bumble privacy policy[1] states that:
Under certain conditions, a binding arbitration option may be available to you in order to address complaints not resolved by any other means.
Closure of Mac and Linux support (2022)
In mid January of 2022, Humble announced that they were switching launchers, and with it, an exclusive shift to Windows-exclusivity.[2] By Feb 1, 2022, both Linux and Mac users lost the capability to reinstall the software that they paid for under Humble Trove and Humble Games Collection.
