Mojang is a game development studio owned by Microsoft. Mojang is widely known for the development of Minecraft and its spinoffs. The studio was founded by Markus Persson in 2009 and was purchased by Microsoft in late 2014.

Class Action Lawsuit (Ongoing):

Kian Brose is bringing a class action lawsuit against Mojang as they have failed to comply with European Consumer protection laws by changing their terms and conditions without notifying their customers of the change several times. They claim it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the contract is not changed at all times.

GoFundMe Campaign

There are two forms available to fill out to join the class action lawsuit and submit evidence, One Using Google Docs, An American company with questionable protections, the other using Formbricks, A UK based company, with slightly less questionable protections.
