I'm pretty sure that Louis might've flagged my email suggestion as Chatbottery or over-clocking his email response chip. Either way, I have an idea for getting real pressure on Visa, Mastercard, & Paypal.

If there is any interest, I wanted to list some approaches to target the payment processors besides relying on popular revolt to annoy the brands until they decide to be fair. I don't want to poo poo anyone's efforts so far to push back against Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal; I think the brands would be more vulnerable to pressure from the regulator/shareholder/legislator level which won't require ALL of Blackberry's fans to make an effort, only enough of them. Here's my idea in a nutshell:

First, crowdsource evidence of payment processors’ boilerplate—CSR recordings, policy contradictions, and developer testimonies. Second, weaponize this proof to pressure top shareholders like BlackRock and Vanguard, demanding CEO accountability and transparency. Also, the politically inclined could trigger bipartisan hell by reaching out to lawmakers on both sides—progressives see LGBTQ+ suppression, libertarians see market collusion. This may force Senate subpoenas.

I've also heard of folks reaching out to the FTC (love it) and there are several change.org petitions. We could list these ideas in more detail as well. If there is any interest, I'll build out my attack via SEC wiki pages.
