Editor's Note: All these links link to Discord's website.

Discord is an instant messaging platform, serparate from the Consumer Rights Wiki. It has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements, with elements that may be considered a violation of consumer rights including its forced arbitration and class action waiver terms.

So why the Discord link?

Discord is a common platform used by many people to connect and collaborate with each other in real time, and many people already have accounts on it. While the consumer rights drawbacks are real, a more suitable platform that can replicate its instanteous collaboration and organized interface has not yet been agreed upon.
