False information
editVida was always using subscription model. pre 2015 version were installed locally and was pretty easy crackable. So all subscription free versions were unoficial and illegal one. You were only able to do diagnostics, browse parts catalogue and read repair manuals.
All programming, key coding etc required additional payment for software pack (which sometimes was only a pin code).
Above is true at least for US, UK, France, Belgium, Poland, Norway, Sweden Finland. Krissn (talk) 09:51, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
