Cargo descriptions

Hi Lionvilds, and welcome!

Had a look over your edits, and just wanted to let you know that the idea behind the descriptions within cargo tables is to describe the consumer rights/consumer protection relevance of the entity (e.g. for a company it might be an indication of the kinds of controversies they've been involved in) as well as just who they are/what they do.
