NetLimiter Licence from one-time-purchase to Subscription (2022)

In October 2022 NetLimiter updated its licence from one-time-purchase to a subscription. The old licence includes "Free upgrade to all minor versions". With the licence changed, NetLimiter updated from version 4 to 5 with a small update, meaning the last NetLimiter 4 version (4.1.14) is the last version for the old licence without updates.
