GrapheneOS, formerly known as CopperheadOS, is an open-source, security-focused, and Android-based operating system. As of 2025, GrapheneOS only officially supports Google's Pixel product line because it is the only product that meets their security standard.

Negative

Louis Rossmann, a consumer rights advocate and influencer, praised the project, but criticized the Lead Developer, Daniel Micay, for a conversation between the two which accuses Rossmann of promoting harassment, slander, and attempted murder of Micay for commenting on a Techlore video stating: "This is informative, and unfortunate." Micay subsequently threatened to ban Rossmann from their Matrix channel, and accused him of being discriminatory of people with autism.
