Function lost due to missing component

When it comes to using wireless functions, the choices come down to USB 2.4 GHz dongles or Bluetooth. The headset in question provides a 2.4 GHz USB type A dongle for wireless connectivity with a computer. The component stays plugged into the USB port on a computer and reliably provides a wireless connection.

However, when the ability to wireless connect disappears without warning, one troubleshoots to ensure the issue isn't with software or drivers. As it turns out, when software and drivers get ruled out, the next thing to check is the hardware. In this instance, testing the USB dongle with multiple USB ports on the same computer then plugging it into a different computer will yield no change. The PC will not detect the dongle when it's plugged in. Keep in mind the headset itself does not have any issues -- 3.5 mm connectivity works fine, powers on fine, charges fine, and the volume controls still work.

At this stage, being able to order a replacement dongle. However, when checking Razer's webpage for extra parts, no dongles for the Nari are mentioned whatsoever.
