Logitech Harmony Discontinuation (May 28, 2025)

Logitech used to manufacture universal remotes, named Harmony. Some of the devices required the use of the Harmony Remote software in order to program them. In March of 2025, Logitech announced that they would discontinue support for the older remotes, rendering them unable to be reprogrammed.

- Logitech Harmony (2001): A line of universal remotes and smart home products, created by Easy Zapper and acquired by Logitech in 2004.[2] Logitech ceased production of Harmony products in 2021, and stopped support in May 2025, rendering remotes unable to be reprogrammed.
- Logitech G HUB: A piece of software used to control Logitech products. Some accessories are unable to be customized at all without this software, which is not Linux compatible.
