Consumer-impact summary
Micron's decision to end the consumer-targeted business had caused majorly negative impact, in where several consumers had critiqued this decision. The 2025 DRAM shortage has increased the prices of these components, and the withdrawal of Crucial contributes to increase prices and lesser the avaivility of DRAM. This also reduces the available alternatives of computer components for the consumers.
