Providing less meat than advertised

Joseph Alongi filed a class action lawsuits against Arby's on September 5, 2023 over the company advertisement misrepresenting the amount of meat contents, usually resulting in getting half the meat as advertised. [2] In response, Arby's filed an motion to dismiss the case, claiming the photos provided "amounted to non-actionable puffery", however the dismissal was denied on September 29, 2025. allowing the case to peruse.[3] The case is still evolving as of January 2026.[4]
