UOKiK (Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) is the main body responsible for consumer protection in Poland.

International law

DMCA / InfoSoc Directive

DMCA is implemented at the EU and national level through InfoSoc Directive 2001/29/EC.

Notably an exception exists, allowing for the use of copyrighted works in connection with the demonstration or repair of equipment[1]
