Humble Bundle, Inc. is a digital storefront for video games that launched in 2010, initially offering "Humble Bundles", collections of games sold under a pay-what-you-want model and with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. Humble Bundle continues to offer these limited-time bundles, but has expanded to include a greater and more persistent storefront. In October 2017, Humble Bundle was acquired by IGN Entertainment.

Alteration of terms of service (2024)[edit | edit source]

In December 2024, Humble Bundle updated its Terms of Service, introducing a 3 year expiration date for all unclaimed game keys. They retroactively applied this policy to past purchases, removing non-redeemed keys bought 3 or more years prior from accounts. No form of reimbursement has been discussed at the time of writing.
Forced arbitration in privacy policy[edit | edit source]

The Humble Bumble privacy policy[1] states that:
Under certain conditions, a binding arbitration option may be available to you in order to address complaints not resolved by any other means.
Closure of Mac and Linux support (2022)[edit | edit source]
In mid-January 2022, Humble Bundle announced that they were switching launchers, and with it, an exclusive shift to Windows-exclusivity.[2] By February 1, 2022, both Linux and Mac users lost the capability to reinstall the software that they had paid for through Humble Trove and Humble Games Collection.
