Flightradar24 swindles users from one time purchase to subscription model

Before 2019, flightradar24 was available as a free app with limited features and a "Pro" version available after a one time purchase with more extensive features. During 2019, the company stated that the Pro version had "reached the end of it's life" and to continue receiving the same features users would need to subscribe to the "gold" plan. The company did not refund the users who had paid for the Pro version and delisted and deprecated the app users had paid for.
