==Incident== I purchased ''Cyberpunk 2077'' a few years ago and decided to revisit it recently. To my surprise, the game had been automatically updated by Steam, and now Iโm being forced to accept a new End User License Agreement to play the game. My options are to accept, which allows me to play the game or decline, which does absolutely as if the game is frozen. Only the accept option works. I bought the game years ago under different terms, and now Iโm being locked out of content I paid for unless I comply with newly added legal conditions. I tried requesting a refund through Steam, since I no longer agree to the terms of the updated license, but my request was declined twice. Steamโs refund policy offers no refunds after 14 days of the purchase date or 2 hours of playtime. Other than that, there was no other form of customer support from Steam regarding my issue. ===[Company]'s response=== Steam's response: We are unable to refund this purchase to your Steam Wallet at this time. Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours (our refund policy maximum).
